At Geche Escvar we strive to be constantly bringing in new, fresh, and unique custom designed styles on a biweekly basis to provide our customers with new arrivals daily. Due to the high demand of our products, our items sell out very quickly. On occasion, certain items displayed on on our site may no longer be in stock. Once an item is sold out, the item will still display for sometime as we give the option to our customers to provide their email to be notified when and if that item is restocked. However, display of an particular item or size online is not a guarantee that the item is available. In the event that a customer purchases an item which is no longer in stock, we will refund you for the entirety of that item plus any applicable shipping charges. Should you have any questions concerning the availability of a particular item, please contact our customer service department for assistance.

ALL ITEMS THAT ARE CUSTOM HAVE THE DIFFERENCE TIME FRAMES WHICH IS LOCATED IN THE DESCRIPTION TAB OF THE ITEM. SOME CAN TAKE 10-15 BUSINESS DAYS DEPENDING ON THE ITEM. IF THE TURN AROUND TIME DOESN'T MEET YOUR EXPECTATIONS YOU HAVE 24HRS FROM PURCHASE DATE AND TIME TO REACH OUT TO OUR CUSTOMER SERVICE TEAM (GECHEESCVARMIA@GMAIL.COM) TO CANCEL YOUR ORDER. AFTER 24HRS WE WILL NOT REFUND, WE WILL ONLY PROVIDE A STORE CREDIT.

Refunds and In Store Pick Up Terms and Conditions
We do not provide REFUNDS under any circumstance other than if the item was not available at the moment of purchase. We offer in store pickups to our customers who live or are in the Miami area and would like to pick up their items instead, CUSTOMER MUST PROVIDE ID WITH SAME NAME & ADDRESS ON THE ORDER. IF ID DOENST HAVE SAME ADDRESS CUSTOMER MUST PROVIDE DEBIT CARD ITEM WAS PURCHASED WITH. If items are not picked up within 10 days, customer refuses the right to exchange, or get store credit for their items and the sale becomes final customer agree that they can not dispute the order. If the item has not been picked up after 30 days, customer refuses the right to claim their items and no refund or store credit will be provided. If a customer decides they would like the items shipped instead, they can request an invoice for shipping and items can be sent to the address they provide. By selecting in store pick up, the customer agrees to not issue any chargebacks or disputes against hourglass couture. For items that are shipped, once the customer receives the package (when the tracking number provided by us appears as delivered) the customer agrees to not issue any chargebacks or disputes against Geche Escvar co. Furthermore, Geche Escvar co. is not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen. All claims should be directed at the shipping company provided at the time of delivery.
