Refund policy

Refunds, In-Store Pickup & Shipping Terms

All items are made to order and may experience delays depending on order volume. Because of this, we do not offer refunds under any circumstance. All sales are final.

We offer in-store pickup for customers located in or near the Miami area who prefer to pick up their order instead of having it shipped.

Customers must pick up their order within 10 days of being notified that the order is ready. If the order is not picked up within 10 days, the customer forfeits the right to exchange the item or receive store credit, and the sale becomes final.

If the order is not picked up within 30 days, the customer forfeits the right to claim the item. No refund, exchange, or store credit will be provided.

If a customer selects in-store pickup but later decides they would like the order shipped, they may request a shipping invoice. Once the invoice is paid, the order will be shipped to the address provided by the customer.

By selecting in-store pickup, the customer agrees to follow our pickup policy and contact Geche Escvar Co. directly with any order concerns before opening a dispute or chargeback.

For shipped orders, once tracking shows the package has been delivered, Geche Escvar Co. is not responsible for lost, stolen, or missing packages. Any delivery claims must be filed directly with the shipping carrier used for the order.

By placing an order with Geche Escvar Co., the customer agrees to these refund, pickup, and shipping terms.
