Shipping & Order Policy

All sale and regular orders take 7–14 business days to process and ship. All orders are final sale, meaning no refunds or exchanges will be accepted.

Custom items may have different turnaround times depending on the product. Please check the description tab on each item before purchasing, as some custom items may take 10–15 business days to process.

If the turnaround time does not meet your expectations, you must contact our customer service team within 24 hours of your purchase date and time to request a cancellation.

Once your order has been processed, which begins 24 hours after the order is placed, we will not issue a refund. Store credit may be provided when applicable.

Please note: Saturday and Sunday are not business days.

Selecting Priority Mail only affects shipping speed after your order has been processed. It does not speed up processing time.
